About the role:

As a Client Success Manager, you'll act as a trusted partner to our clients and supply chain partners, ensuring they achieve their goals with our platform. This role combines account management, process optimisation, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll be pivotal in driving client satisfaction and retention while helping us refine our products and services.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Lead onboarding sessions for new clients and supply chain partners, ensuring a smooth and engaging start.
  • Account management: Set quarterly and yearly targets to manage and nurture clients and their supply chain partner relationships. Secure the upsell target for your client base.  
  • User support: Provide proactive assistance to users, resolving issues and ensuring they maximise the platform’s potential.
  • Process automation: Collaboratively drive automation projects to streamline workflows for our users and internal teams to ensure scalability.
  • Data reporting: Track and report on key client success metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align efforts and share insights for growth.
  • Product feedback: Partner with the Product team to enhance our platform, incorporating client feedback and industry needs.

About you

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Customer oriented: ability to take personal responsibility and be proactive in commercial endeavours.
  • Experience with tools such as PowerBI, Vitally (CRM), Intercom, Jira, and others is essential.
  • Experience in the fashion industry or working with sustainability-focused organisations is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools and an eye for trends and patterns.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments.
