The most important step to succeed: just start! Measure your impact and make informed sustainability decisions!
The first step? Collect supply chain data. Preferably DIRECTLY from your suppliers.
Try to make this process as verifiable as possible. For example using blockchain technology (such as tex.tracer) and create a ‘digital handshake’ by allowing the next partner in line to check if the data adds up! Then let your Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) partner such as Ecochain do the analysis and share primary source footprint data with your stakeholders.
